During the interview, Vance speculated on the presence of the Antichrist in modern society, linking this idea to what he perceives as concerning developments. One such issue he highlighted is the increasing reliance on artificial intelligence in personal relationships. Vance criticized this trend as “kind of satanic,” arguing that it undermines the essence of genuine human connections.

Furthermore, the vice-president stood by President Donald Trump regarding an AI-generated image that depicted Trump in a Christ-like manner. Vance defended the president, asserting that Trump did not intend to ridicule Christianity or portray himself as divine. Instead, he interpreted the post as an attempt at humor, rather than a serious statement.
